Hello Camper Communications Inc. (Hello Camper) is an internet-based service provider. It acts as an independent agent, under contract, for various summer camps and other organizations providing e-mail delivery and photo gallery display services.

In the case of summer camps, parents and relatives of campers pay for the privilege of e-mailing the campers and viewing the camps' photo galleries. This service is made available to the parents according to a prescribed fee schedule that is pre-approved by the camp and posted on the Hello Camper registration web site.

During registration, parents must indicate, for each camper with whom they wish to communicate, the child's name and date of birth. This information is collected to so that the camp can validate that this registering party is a bona fide parent or otherwise authorized party. Hello Camper may, at its sole discretion, remove a registered parent/relative for non-payment of fees. The camp may, at its sole discretion, remove a registered parent/relative for any valid reason.

Hello Camper collects all incoming e-mail from registered parents/relatives and (electronically) delivers the messages in bulk to the camps upon demand. The camp is solely responsible for the timing of mail collection from Hello Camper, the security and confidentiality of these messages and the subsequent distribution of these messages to the campers/staff.

Regarding photos, the camps are solely responsible for what pictures they take, what pictures they decide to display on their photo galleries and when they decide to display or remove these pictures.

Fees paid to Hello Camper are non-refundable.
